Toyota Announces Board of Directors and Organizational Changes
Tokyo--TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC) announced changes in its Board of Directors membership at its annual general shareholders meeting today. The new board, each DirectorÁs management area, divisional leadership and organizational modifications were approved at a subsequent board meeting.
