TOYOTA MARKS PRODUCTION OF 70 MILLIONTH VEHICLE

A line-off ceremony was held by the TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION today at its Tsutsumi plant to celebrate the completion of its 70-millionth vehicle built in Japan. The car, a Vista Hardtop 2000 GT, was greeted by the applause of Toyota executives and plant workers when it rolled off the assembly line this morning.
