TOYOTA MOTOR SALES COMPANY ANNOUNCES FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT
FOR FISCAL 1982

Toyota Motor Sales Co., Ltd. today announced its financial settlement for the fiscal year which ended March 31, 1982. The contents of the settlement will be discussed at the TMS general shareholders meeting scheduled for June 23.
