Toyota Announces Reorganization of Its
North American Operations

TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC) announced today the reorganization of its North American operations, centered around Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TMMNA), which was established and began operations on October 1, 1996.
