Toyota Selects New Vice Chairman

Tokyo ― TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC) announced today that it has decided to name current TMC Executive Vice President Katsuhiro Nakagawa to the post of TMC vice chairman. The decision is to be formalized pending approval by TMC’s board of directors at a board meeting set to convene following TMC’s annual shareholders meeting scheduled for June 23.
