TMC to Establish Fleet-vehicle Leasing Company
Toyota City, Japan, September 3, 2010―Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announces that in autumn it will establish Toyota Fleet Leasing Co., Ltd. (Toyota Fleet Leasing), an automobile leasing company to specifically service corporate entities conducting business nationwide.
The new company, scheduled to begin operations in January 2011 or shortly thereafter, will be a spin-off of Tokyo-based Toyota Tokyo Rental & Leasing Co., Ltd. and will aim to provide solid services through quick-response and specialization.
Toyota Fleet Leasing will also contribute to TMC's product development and quality improvement by grasping customer needs and providing timely feedback to TMC.
