Naypyidaw, Myanmar .

To encourage safer driving in Myanmar, on November 26 Toyota Motor Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (TMAP) donated 10 new Corolla sedans specially equipped as driving-instruction vehicles, along with educational materials on driving safety to four local driving schools.

At a presentation ceremony in Naypyidaw, TMAP President Hisayuki Inoue said "Toyota believes in giving back to society. We hope our donation today will contribute to enriching this country’s automotive society."

The donation is part of Toyota’s ongoing corporate social responsibility activities in Myanmar, where Toyota also offers free basic and advanced vehicle-related training for after-sales service providers in order to foster future expert automotive technicians.
