TOYOTA ADDS SPORT ROOF MODEL TO SUPRA

Toyota City―TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION today announced the addition of a SPORT ROOF model to the specialty car Supra. The new addition to the lineup was released immediately for nationwide sale.

The Supra SPORT ROOF is available in three engine types: 3.0-liter Twin-Cam Turbo (7M-GTEU) , 2.0-liter Twin-Cam Twin-Turbo (1G-GTEU) and 2.0-liter Twin-Cam (1G-GEU). A feature of the SPORT ROOF is the ease with which it can be removed and stored in the rear trunk.

The SPORT ROOF creates a more open and airy environment for the driver and passengers, and gives the Supra a more sporty look.

Many sections of the Supra SPORT ROOF's body have been reinforced to ensure precise handling and running stability.
