Toyota City―On April 1, TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION will launch a limited edition (500 units) of the Soarer 3.0 GT Aero Cabin, a two-seater convertible with removable hardtop.

The Soarer 3.0 GT Aero Cabin is a completely new, luxury two-seater convertible whose development was based on the "specialty car" Soarer.

- Electrically operated removable hardtop
- The Soarer 3.0 GT Aero Cabin incorporates an electrically operated removable hardtop that folds as it is retracted into the rear compartment.
With open-air cruising, the new Soarer offers pleasure and freedom. When its top is closed, the Soarer's flowing silhouette is preserved, and the superbly sealed cabin provides quiet, comfortable motoring.
- High performance and maneuverability
- The Soarer 3.0 GT Aero Cabin is equipped with a high performance, 3-liter, twin-cam, 24-valve, turbo-charged engine (7M-GTEU). It also features an electronically controlled four-speed automatic transmission (ETC) with double-wishbone suspension. These and other superior elements, such as high body rigidity, assure high performance and maneuverability.
- Luxury features
- Both the interior and exterior standard features are selected fixtures worthy of a top-class luxury convertible.
A rear spoiler with integrated LED high-mount stop lamps, special aluminum alloy wheels and front bumper/air dam are among the new Soarer's standard exterior features. Standard interior features include leather power seats and trimming, as well as a CD player that can play 12 CDs automatically.
