Key Technology Revealed at ITS World Congress

TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC) will reveal key Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) technology at the 5th ITS World Congress to be held in Seoul, Korea from October 12 to 16, 1998. Technologies due to debut include navigation cooperation shift control, trial of congestion control measures in Hong Kong, and taxi operation management system, among others. Toyota hopes secure its place as Japan's top ITS company by actively promoting its comprehensive approach to ITS.
