Toyota Unveils 4 Models at Frankfurt Motor Show

TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC), in the run-up to Germany’s biggest automobile show, revealed in Frankfurt yesterday the latest redesign of its sporty Celica and the reborn MR2, along with the newest Prius (LHD) and the versatile Yaris Verso. The new Celica and the Yaris Verso are set for release in Europe this fall, while the MR2 will enter the market in the spring of 2000 and the Prius (LHD) in the summer. The Frankfurt Motor Show, with press days on Sept. 14 and 15, runs from Sept. 16-26.
