Vehicle Outline
Design Befitting the Lexus Flagship
The exterior design features the signature spindle grille1, giving a powerful and resolute expression to the modern and dignified styling.
The dignified and expressive instrument panel with new modern layered design incorporates a 12.3-inch LCD multi display screen with the Remote Touch Interface (RTI) for an advanced and modern driving environment.
Driving Performance Maturity and Evolution
The all-new LS 460 F Sport package was designed to offer the ultimate in sporty driving performance. F Sport-exclusive features, such as lowered Adaptive Variable Air Suspension (AVS), a Torsen® limited slip differential (LSD) and the Active Stabilizer system2 come together to create an emotional and memorable driving experience. The F Sport also features exclusive interior and exterior components such as an F Sport-specific grille and front bumper, and leather sports seats.
World-leading Technologies
The new Advanced Pre-collision System (A-PCS) with collision avoidance assist is among the most advanced automotive safety systems in the world, using a combination of millimeter-wave radar, a stereo camera, and a near-infrared ray emitter to avoid or mitigate collisions with both vehicles and pedestrians, day or night.
The newly developed Adaptive High-beam System (AHS) uses a camera to detect preceding and on-coming vehicles and selectively blocks sections of the high beams that could interfere with other drivers' vision, thereby ensuring high forward nighttime visibility for the driver without blinding the drivers of other cars.
The Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) system uses millimeter-wave radar to detect vehicles traveling alongside and notifies the driver when a vehicle enters his or her blind spot.
