Toyota Vehicle Production Adjustments Due to Floods in Thailand
Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) sends its sincerest condolences to all those affected by the recent catastrophic flooding in Thailand.
As of this time, the effect of the floods in Thailand on Toyota and Lexus production in and outside Japan is as follows.
Production in Japan
Production at TMC vehicle production plants returned to near-normal levels on November 21. These levels will also continue after December 12.
Production outside Japan
For the week beginning December 5, vehicle production plants in Thailand and South Africa will continue to adjust production levels on a line-by-line basis while keeping an eye on the parts-supply situation.
Plants in regions not mentioned above are planned to operate at normal levels.
