TOYOTA TO REORGANIZE LOCAL SUBSIDIARY
AND CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELGIUM

 

Toyota City―TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC) announced plans today to reorganize its Belgian subsidiary, Toyota Motor Marketing Services Europe (TMSE), and the company's Europe Office to establish a new company in Brussels.

Toyota Motor Europe Marketing & Engineering (TMME), as the new company will be known, is scheduled to officially begin operations on October 1.

Under the restructuring, TMME will carry on with the marketing-related operations currently handled by TMSE and the engineering-related activities overseen by the Europe Office.
