Enhanced RAV4 Debuts at Geneva Motor Show

Tokyo―TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION (TMC) has once again raised the bar for small SUVs by unveiling in Geneva today (JST) the latest version of its trend-setting RAV4. Tailored to European tastes and needs, the new RAV4 can be seen at the just-underway Geneva Motor Show^* until March 12.

Scheduled to hit showrooms across Europe this summer, the enhanced RAV4 inherits its predecessor's small-SUV appeal―unique, urban styling and high off-road driving characteristics―and features a new in-line, 4-cylinder, 2.0-liter gasoline engine (with VVT-i) for superior power performance and optimal fuel efficiency. Other improvements include expanded cabin space and new accessories, representing a striking evolution from the original model, while still adhering to the vehicle's innate sense of fun.
