Temporary Closure of THE MOVEUM YOKOHAMA (From April 22, 2026)

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of THE MOVEUM YOKOHAMA.

To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we have decided to temporarily close the facility due to a matter that requires further investigation and confirmation within the premises.
The museum will be closed starting, April 22, 2026 (Wed).
Regarding the reopening date, we will provide an update as soon as a schedule has been determined.

Regarding Ticket Refunds

For April 2026 Tickets

Refunds will be issued to all customers who purchased tickets for visits in April 2026.
Detailed instructions regarding the refund process will be provided through the respective ticketing agencies (Ticket Pia or Lawson Ticket).
For May 2026 Tickets

For customers holding tickets for May 2026, we will contact you with further instructions once the reopening date is confirmed. We kindly ask for your patience in the meantime.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who were planning to visit.
