Our unique production approach combines the meticulous craftsmanship of Japan with Toyota’s expertise in industrial manufacturing. Through Tsugi-Craft, we offer a new premium upcycling option that embodies both innovation and thoughtful design.

When nylon fabric is dyed, adding dye at high temperatures creates a distinctive texture. During this process, the nylon shrinks, giving rise to an appealing, wrinkle-like pattern in the textile.

Products upcycled from airbags, first showcased at a pre-release in ComplexCon Hong Kong on March 22, 2024, have now been made available for sale in Japan.
In 2025, the Made in Japan leather brand HERGOPOCH celebrates its 20th anniversary with a collaboration model with TOYOTA UPCYCLE.
