Admission tickets for eligible children will be distributed at the Information Desk inside the venue upon arrival.

Are lockers available?
Coin lockers are available at the venue, but the number is limited.
Is there room for large baggage?
A place to store carry-on cases and strollers is available. Since the door cannot be locked, we are not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or other trouble. Please also note that space is limited.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, but some parts of the venue cannot be experienced for safety reasons.
Is the Free shuttle service wheelchair accessible?
Yes, it is.
Is there somewhere I can eat?
There are no restaurants or cafes at the venue, however, there are beverage vending machines.
Can I bring food and drink?
Please refrain from bringing or consuming food or beverages in the screening area or museum shop.
Food and beverages that are in tightly sealed containers may be brought in, however.

Notes on ticket purchase
- Customers who purchase tickets at a discounted price (for students and persons with disabilities) may be asked to present student ID, a disability certificate, or some other form of identification at the time of admission. Failure to present this ID may result in denial of admission, so please be sure to bring it with you.
- Please note that no refunds or substitutions will be made if you do not show up for any reason.

- Re-entry is permitted on the day of your reservation. If you wish to re-enter, please ask a staff member.
- If the event is canceled or the venue is closed (including cases in which the event cannot be held that day) due to a disaster, other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, or reasons attributable to the organizer, purchased tickets will be refunded. Details of the refund procedure will be announced separately. However, travel, accommodation, and other expenses incurred in visiting the venue will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
