How to Purchase Tickets
Online Ticket Sales
The first booking period is from Saturday December 20,
2025 to Saturday January 31, 2026.
To make a reservation on Sunday February 1, 2026 and later,
visit the official site (this site) for details.
Tickets sold online are available up to one hour ahead of your desired time.
For details, visit the applicable play guide site.
Select the date of your visit and then reserve a ticket.
After selecting your desired date and time,
reserve a ticket at Ticket PIA or Lawson Ticket.
You may get in line 15 minutes before screening starts.
Ticket sales at the door
Tickets sold at the door on the day of the screening can be purchased from ticket vending machines at the venue, but we recommend that you purchase tickets online in advance as the number of tickets sold is limited.
Cash is not accepted.

The venue is the Yokohama Yamashita Pier Shed No.4.
It takes about 25 minutes on foot to the venue from Exit 4 (for Marine Tower) of Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Minatomirai Line.

Tickets can be purchased via online sales sites (Ticket Pia, Lawson Tickets) and at the venue ticket vending machines (KIOSK).
Ticket quantities are limited, so we recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.
Can I pay for tickets at the venue in cash?

At what age do you charge for children?
Elementary school aged children and above are charged.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Cancellation after purchase is not possible. Please note that no refunds will be made.
Can I change the date and time I visit the venue?
No date/time changes, ticket type changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after purchase. Please carefully check the date, time, ticket type, and number of tickets before making a purchase.
If I am late for the showing, can I change my viewing time to another time slot?
No time changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
Please come to the venue with plenty of time to spare.
Is there any course of action I can take if I cannot go to the venue due to a typhoon, earthquake, or public transportation cancellations?
Please check our official social media accounts for information on special measures to be taken in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as inclement weather or suspension of public transportation.

Notes on ticket purchase
- Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the screening time printed on your ticket and get in line to enter the venue.
- Customers who purchase tickets at a discounted price (for students and persons with disabilities) may be asked to present student ID, a disability certificate, or some other form of identification at the time of admission. Failure to present this ID may result in denial of admission, so please be sure to bring it with you.
- Customers will not be admitted to the venue after the admission time indicated on the ticket.
Please note that no refunds or substitutions will be made if you do not show up for any reason. - Please present your electronic or (printed) paper ticket at the time of admission. After ticket authentication, you will be admitted to the venue. Customers using electronic tickets are requested to keep their smartphones fully charged and present them with a connection to the internet.
- Resale of tickets for this exhibition for commercial purposes (including selling tickets on internet auctions, flea market apps, etc.) is strictly prohibited, and admission with a resold ticket is not permitted. In the event that we discover your ticket is a resold tickets, the ticket will be invalidated and admission may be denied. No refunds will be made in such cases.

Notes on the museum experience
- There are areas where light stimulation is strong or dark.
- Due to the nature of the work, there will be flashing lights, loud noises, and aromatic scents.
