The email alert service shall comply with this Notice when processing your Personal Data.

• The Data Controller is Toyota Motor Corporation ("we", "our", or "us"). Please contact us at in-data.protection@mail.toyota.co.jp for any questions, requests or complaints concerning this Notice or for exercising your rights.
• We will collect your email address that you provide us upon your registration to the Email Alert Service. Your email address will only be processed for the purpose of delivering emails regarding latest Toyota and Lexus news and information and administrative emails. This processing is based on your explicit consent given at this page.

• You have certain legal rights in relation to the processing of your Personal Data. These rights may vary depending on where you are located and which data protection laws apply to the processing of your Personal Data, but typically include the following:

  1. right to obtain information regarding the processing of your Personal Data and to access your Personal Data;
