Combining function with emotion, we aimed to design a new generation estate that caters to active lifestyles.

I aimed to create a vehicle that also caters to an active lifestyle by going beyond the established boundaries of the Crown. I hope that the reborn Crown Estate can enrich our customers' lives in the many ways it can be used for daily activities.
Yukiko Yano
I wanted to create a new kind of silhouette that combines a thin, flowing exterior with a lifted-up body. I also focused on creating a strong contrast between organic and sharp surfaces on the model, so please have a look.

The Crown Estate is a new genre of car that combines elegance with practicality. I have been involved in the development of the Crown Estate from the very beginning, from the product planning stage to designing the smallest details, while keeping a consistent concept throughout. I hope that this car will bring new value to the variety of everyday transportation needs.
Junwon Han
A car's wheels can be compared to the wristwatch and shoes that one wears. Within the four circles, I expressed the sparkle of a luxury watch and the functional beauty of running shoes. Also, I was particular about making it "unique but not too assertive" to be consistent with the exterior design.
Mitsunori Kakihata
I have been a designer specializing in interior linings for 30 years. This is the fourth time that I have been assigned to the Crown, and the long-awaited Estate is finally available. Please feel free to take advantage of the large cargo space that goes full flat with 1m in width and 2m in depth.
Toshiya Takahashi
The Estate, which was discontinued in 2007, has finally been revived. I think we were able to express the functionality of a station wagon in a high-quality manner while maintaining a Crown-like maturity at its core. It was exciting to develop the design with team members and imagine how I would use it.
Nana Murata
Although designed to support active lifestyles, the interior is finished to provide a sense of Crown-like quality. For example, I was very particular about the "Saddle Tan" brown interior color and the surface texture of the door trim. I hope that this will be the one car that suits everyone's active lifestyle.
Atsushi Otawara
In creating the next-generation station wagon, I focused on modeling dynamic surfaces with Crown-like poise. As a result of continuous discussions with all designers and modelers, while enjoying the work, I managed to create a model we're all happy with. I hope that people with active lifestyles enjoy driving it.
Masato Kawasumi
The goal was to create a car that would surprise the customer at first glance. I carefully studied the shape to achieve a high-quality design, using light and shadow to emphasize the distinctive character lines. We adopted new methods down to the smallest detail to create a high-quality sense of volume with depth. I look forward to seeing it driven around the world!
