My Land Cruiser roots lie in my childhood because my father owned a nice one. This design theme is "Back to origins with new values," so we needed to understand the Land Cruiser legacy inherited from previous generations but we pushed ourselves to design everything anew. I hope many people come to like it.

It was truly an honor to design a new Land Cruiser icon to represent its legendary heritage and hardcore off-road DNA. Focusing on the "Form Follows Function" principle, we took a more disciplined and authentic design approach, giving the styling a "Functional Reason" and meaning. It is unmistakably a Land Cruiser "250" that is simple yet powerful with a heroic presence and timeless authenticity.

Stripping away all that is redundant and in pursuit of simplicity, I aimed for a timeless design so that its owners can treasure it for a long time. It is designed for functionality with a low, horizontal beltline to allow a better feel for the car's behavior and enhance visibility.
